As an international company, OQ manages its people resources on a global basis, and authorized personnel may access your data in any country in which we operate. Your data will be shared with employees of OQ to the extent necessary to review your application of employment. The data in your application may be sent to the relevant OQ entity or entities, which may be in a country outside of your home country or the country for which you are applying for a position.

If you submit a job application and are unsuccessful, we may retain your data for a period of up to an additional 24 months from our final communication to you to match your skills to future job vacancies, except if there is any objection from you or such other period is required by applicable laws.
