The LPIC plant introduces production levels of about 880 KTA of Luban PE to serve local and international markets. This capacity includes the production of 440 KTA of Luban HDPE and 440 KTA of Luban LLDPE.

In addition, LPIC’s 300 KTA of Luban PP increases OQ’s present PP capacity from 340 KTA to 640 KTA.

Being strategically located in Oman allows OQ to accelerate delivery times in key global markets.
As the forecasted growth in demand for our PE and PP products will allow us to reduce the average lead time for product delivery in North East and South East Asia from the current 24 days, down to between 4-6 days.
This 19-day average reduction in lead time will vastly improve our service levels and optimise our opportunity as a neighbouring hub to 18% of the world’s population.
