OQ, the global integrated energy group, inaugurated the OQ Digital Hub under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr Rahma bint Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
In collaboration with leading international and local IT firms, the hub aims to develop national talent through structured training programmes in cybersecurity and SAP systems. These programmes, offering globally recognised certifications, enhance participants' professional qualifications. The initiative aligns with Oman Vision 2040 goals, fostering digital skills and supporting economic diversification. OQ signed 14 memoranda with international companies during the event, marking a significant step towards the hub's enhancement.
